Delivery Areas Mercury SD Portal ships to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. We do not currently ship to Great Britain or internationally.

Delivery Timeframes We aim to deliver all orders the next working day via DPD. Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, order volume, and carrier availability. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day.

Our Carrier All orders are fulfilled by DPD Ireland. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking notification from DPD so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Allow additional time during busy periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will leave a notification and may reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
