2. Eligibility & PSA Licensing
2.1 B2B Restriction: This Portal is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. By registering, you warrant that you are acting for purposes related to your trade, business, or profession. 2.2 PSA License: In compliance with Irish law and Company policy, Mercury Security Distribution supplies equipment exclusively to PSA-licensed installers. Use of this Portal is strictly limited to individuals or entities holding a valid Private Security Authority (PSA) license. We reserve the right to suspend any account if a valid license cannot be verified.
3. Electronic Contracts & Orders
3.1 Order Acknowledgement: In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act 2000, receipt of your order will be acknowledged electronically without undue delay. This acknowledgement does not constitute legal acceptance of the order. 3.2 Contract Formation: The contract between us is only formed when we dispatch the goods and send a formal invoice/dispatch confirmation. 3.3 Pricing & VAT: All prices displayed on the Portal are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the prevailing Irish rate at the point of order processing.
